Please do not send confidential reflection text or downloaded audio unless it is necessary to resolve your request.

Before contacting us

• Retry once after the voice service finishes warming.
• Start a new ChatGPT conversation after updating or reconnecting the app.
• For audio, keep the conversation open until the job completes.

For privacy requests, use the same email and state that the message concerns privacy. The Privacy Policy explains available controls and retention.
