These terms govern your use of Sanctum Reflections, a product owned and operated by BinaryBros LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What the service provides

Sanctum Reflections creates original AI-generated contemplative writing and optional synthetic voice playback in English and Spanish. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances and should be treated as creative reflection rather than fact.

No impersonation or professional authority

The service does not represent or impersonate a historical or living person, religious body, or other organization. It does not provide official doctrine, confidential teachings, or medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or religious advice. Seek qualified help for high-stakes decisions or emergencies.

Your responsibilities

Submit only content you have the right to use. Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, generate deceptive impersonations, bypass safeguards, or interfere with the service. Do not submit highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for reflection.

Ownership

BinaryBros LLC owns the Sanctum Reflections name, app implementation, interface, and original product materials, subject to third-party platform and software rights. You retain rights you already hold in your submitted text. To the extent permitted by law, you may use generated reflections and audio for personal, non-deceptive purposes, but outputs are not guaranteed to be unique.

Availability and termination

Model and voice features may warm up, be delayed, or become unavailable. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict abusive use. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BinaryBros LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
